Fees & Cancelations

Research fee:

A $35 research/planning fee is required to receive a custom quote. This non-refundable payment covers quotes for up to 5 hotels and 2 destinations.

Booking fees:

$65 per person booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable and is 

automatically reflected in your trip quote/cost.

Change/Cancelation fees:

$25 Modification Fee

Modifications include but are not limited to, changing passenger information, removing or swapping passenger(s) from trip, date changes, etc.
 

$50 Per Person Cancellation Fee

Trip cancellations are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee, this fee is separate from any Airline & Accommodation cancellation fees & penalties.
